Return Merchandise Policy
We will accept returns on defective or incorrectly shipped items within 30 days after your receipt.
Condition and terms apply:
- You must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA) before returning any items. You can get an RA number by e-mail service@cacktus.com or call 773-205-0530 to speak to a customer service.
- All items must be return in their original packaging (manuals, accessories, controls, etc.) to obtain a full refund. Replacement cost of any missing items will be deducted from your credit.
- If you like to return a product for any other reason, we will accept the return within 30 days of your receipt with no collect shipments accepted. There will be a 20% restocking fee on returned items unless they were defective or shipped incorrectly.
- All Electronics and Appliances are not acceptable for refund, exchange or credit, and must be repaired by the manufactures' service centers.
- Products that have been installed, assembled, abused or scratched will not be accepted for return or credit.
We recommend that you insure the product that you are returning for their full value and this way you protect yourself against loss or damage of the items been shipping.

When you place an order, shipping charges are calculated base on the weight of the product been ship and the carrier you can choose are UPS, Fed-Ex and/or USPS.
If you decide that the items should be ship by other carrier or you feel that our system has miscalculate the charges please contact our customer service.
Cacktus.com ships to United States, including territories and commonwealths and for Canada and other countries call customer service or send and email requesting and order to be ship. Shipping to other international location is also available where some heavy and oversized items are restricted to the continental Unite State only
